Responsibilities
Perform evaluation and interpretation of pathology data from general toxicity and carcinogenicity studies, and correlation of histopathology findings with macroscopic observations, organ weight changes, clinical pathology data, etc.
Perform evaluation and interpretation of the data from investigative studies and efficacy studies, animal models of disease.
Conduct pathology peer review at New Jersey or Suzhou site.
Provide expertise in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and morphometry analysis.
Provide training to junior pathologists at Suzhou site.
Provide scientific and technical advice on various new technology for pathology.
Provide support to technical training of pathology staff.
Meet with clients and study directors or hold/attend TC with them.
Provide pathology expertise for regulatory submission and response.
In collaboration with management, participate in projects to develop new services or improve technologies.
Review and revise draft protocol and SOPs, etc.
Keep up to date with current knowledge of pathology, new procedure, technology and methodology.
Qualifications
Board certification by ACVP.
DVM/VMD degree or equivalent. PhD degree is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
