Responsibilities
Ensure integrity of ocular studies fulfill the regulatory agency requirements by adhering to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform and manage related studies.
Perform literature search and review, develop new methods and techniques
Perform data analysis for ocular examinations.
Ensure study conditions meet requirements of protocols.
Get information about deviations and unforeseen events in time, evaluate the influence, provide solution, and make recording.
Ensure that internal and external applications, reports or other materials are prepared and submitted as required.
Write, review, update, and translate department related SOP's as required.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
If promote to a leadership, manage the team and develop capability of the team will be required.
Qualifications
Master or above degree in ophthalmology\pharmacology\toxicology\medicine\biology\ Veterinary Medicine.
Good understanding towards the Quality System and Good Laboratory Practice.
Fluent communication in Chinese and English
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Other：Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting. Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet and database software. Ability to organize, prioritize work and meet deadlines. Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies and guidelines that govern animal research, research conduct principles (GLP) and current methodology of laboratory animal medicine and management is desirable.
